What is the order process for the custom-made and private label premium towels and bathrobes?

There are only a couple of simple steps to complete your custom-made and private labeled towels and bathrobes.

1) Contact us

Simply send us an email or give us a call! We will make the next steps seamless and have your project completed on time.

2) Provide us the visuals or the drawings

Our design department will bring your drawings to life by re-designing your digital samples before manufacturing your actual samples. Please provide all the details you would like to have on your premium towels or bathrobes along with the visuals for their patterns.

3) Submit the initial 50 percent deposit

Once you submit your initial 50 percent deposit, our production team will create your actual samples for your final approval before the mass production. At this stage, you can review your actual product and provide us with any additional feedback.

4) Shipment & Final Payment

Most of the production takes 4 to 6 weeks, so we will provide you with a timeline once you approve your actual samples. You can either schedule your own shipment or let us schedule your shipment for you with our trusted freight forwarder partners. The final 50 percent payment is due before shipment upon packing slip, pictures, and videos.
